Pizza Sandwich
Ingredients
Hot Dog Buns 4
Pizza Sauce ½ cup
Mince (roasted) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped)1
Onion (cubes) 1
Tomato (chopped) as required
Oregano 1 tbsp
Olives (sliced) 2, 3 tbsp
Mushroom (sliced) 6
Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
METHOD
Cut hot dog buns length wise to make them into 8. Spread them lavishly with pizza sauce then bhuna hua mince with all the toppings, oregano, both the grated cheese, put on oven tray, grill for 15 mins until cheese melts.
