Puri Paratha

Puri Paratha


 
Ingredients

Flour ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

METHOD

Mix all together and knead into a soft dough make into balls, brush with oil, leave covered for few mins. Heat oil make into parathas size of a quarter plate and deep fry. Serve with Tawa Qeema.
